The Approach & Solution
We began with a brand workshop to define MMM’s mission, vision, values, brand persona and buyer personas. This gave the team a shared framework to guide communication across marketing, proposals and client interactions.
From there, we expanded the content on their website, adding context to support different user personas and weaving in copy that explained services, process and positioning. The goal was to make the site not only visually appealing but also easy to navigate, credible and informative for new visitors.
We restructured the website to align with how potential clients search for video services, creating clear pathways for offerings like video production, motion graphics, live streaming and aerial cinematography. We also built a searchable case study library so prospects could easily view and explore MMM’s work.
Beyond the site, we supported MMM with email marketing assets and guided them on case study campaigns, creating a simpler, more effective way to nurture leads and highlight success stories. We also launched foundational SEO work and paid ad campaigns to drive both immediate and long-term visibility.
