When Shiloh partnered with Seafoam, their website was functioning well but no longer fully reflected the warmth and professionalism of their growing practice. They wanted a refreshed visual identity, clearer messaging and an experience that felt as welcoming online as it does in person.

Visual Identity: A new logo, refined color palette (anchored in deep maroon and sage), and typography system that conveys professionalism and warmth.

Voice & Tone: Messaging guidelines that strike a balance between confident expertise and human-centered care—speaking to ambitious business owners without resorting to corporate clichés.

Website Architecture: A clear sitemap and user journey that made it easy for distinct audiences to find the services and guidance they needed.

On-Page SEO: Strategic keyword use and content structure to improve discoverability while keeping language authentic and accessible.

Every element—from brand visuals to microcopy—was designed to reinforce the same idea: you can grow your business without losing your soul. A balanced strategy was implemented to support both company-wide messaging and location-specific posts, alongside maintaining regular communication with the corporate office and staff across more than 50 locations to inform local strategies.

Seafoam also supported PPC efforts to increase brand reach and leveraged graphic design expertise to create in-person handouts that mirrored and reinforced digital initiatives.
