Who am I?

I am the Client Success Manager at Seafoam Media. Essentially, I am the main point of communication for our clients; my priority is to ensure that they are happy with the work our team does and that all project updates are communicated effectively and efficiently.

I am also the team’s main point of contact between Seafoam and our clients; I ensure all projects are progressing and being completed to the client’s expectations. My goal is to ultimately keep my colleagues and our projects/tasks organized and on track.

My Mission at Seafoam:

My mission is to make sure Seafoam’s clients are delighted with our work and to help our team operate like a well-oiled machine.

Why I Love What I Do:

I have always enjoyed communications, but I am organized to the point that some may consider to be annoying. This position allows me to combine my two strongest qualities in a way that provides bliss to our clients and my teammates.

My Qualifications and Experience:

After graduating from Webster University with a degree in PR, I began freelancing for small businesses around St. Louis. I understand the importance of offering marketing expertise and effective communication to help our clients achieve success.

This is truly my dream job! We also have one of the most hardworking and talented teams in the industry. Everyone is an expert in his/her field of marketing, and they are always willing to do whatever is necessary to meet our client’s needs.

In my freetime…

I can be found at a pool reading a book. When it’s too cold, I am a fan of karaoke nights, trivia, and Taco Tuesdays.
