Seafoam Profile: Lindsay Grubbs

As the Director of Operations, for the past four years Lindsay Grubbs has been working as Seafoam's big picture guru. She finds ways to optimize the business and focuses on making sure that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
If you could have any superpower what would it be?
If I could have any super power it would be immortality because it would allow me the ability to watch how technology will continue to evolve and grow in the future.
What are you most passionate about professionally?
I am most passionate about having flexibility and being a valued employee when it comes to my job. Being able to solve problems for clients and the ability to do so critically and creatively when it comes to technology is what excites me most. I truly enjoy the day-to-day work at Seafoam - it's changing every day and I feel I'm making a real contribution to a growing company.
What apps, software or tools can't you live without?
I could not live without Gmail and Evernote. These apps keep me connected with clients and in sync with the internal workings of the company.
What do you like to do on your free time?
I like to be outside in nature on my free time. I can frequently be found in parks or taking walks as a way to clear my mind and find my zen.
What do you like most about working remotely?
It allows me the opportunity to be flexible in both my personal life and work. I can work at the times that are most convenient for me and allow me to be most productive with my time, which is a privilege that does not come with a normal 9 to 5 job.
What does your workspace look like?
My workspace is anywhere I want it to be - which is the beauty of remote work, but most often I can be found at my favorite, local coffee shop.
