Creating Space for Comfort and Connection
When Shiloh partnered with Seafoam, their website was functioning well but no longer fully reflected the warmth and professionalism of their growing practice. They wanted a refreshed visual identity, clearer messaging and an experience that felt as welcoming online as it does in person.

The Approach & Solution —
We began with a brand workshop to define Shiloh’s mission, vision and values and to identify what clients should feel at every stage of interaction. Those insights guided the visual and messaging updates, ensuring the digital experience reflected the same warmth, professionalism and trust clients experience in person.
From there, we refreshed the visual aesthetic and built a website that provided clearer navigation and expanded copy to explain services, approach and areas of specialization.
We also supported the creation of a new video designed for both the website and Shiloh’s lobby. Each therapist introduces themselves and their specialties, helping potential clients connect with the team on a personal level before scheduling an appointment. This addition turned a simple waiting room into a meaningful first touchpoint in the client journey.
Every element of the project was built around customer experience and creating a space that is easy to navigate, emotionally reassuring and reflective of Shiloh’s approach to care.
